From South Salem, head north on Commercial St SE or Liberty Rd S, then use Kuebler Blvd or South River Rd to connect to OR-22 W.
Take OR-22 W across the bridge and merge onto I-5 N, passing by Willamette Valley Vineyards as you leave the Salem area.
Continue on I-5 N and take exit 299B and merge onto I-405 N, following signs for Beaverton and St. Helens.
Use exit 2B and follow directions toward Everett St and Glisan St.
Proceed on NW 14th Ave, then turn left onto NW Glisan St.
Turn left again onto NW 23rd Ave, followed by a right onto NW Flanders St.

Dr. Mary E. Theodore was inspired to pursue a career in medicine at an early age. Beginning at the age of 13, while a freshman at a prestigious high school in New York City, Dr. Theodore began volunteering at New York University-Langone Medical Center’s pediatric cancer ward, helping children cope with their devastating diagnoses and arduous treatments.
